大賞に選ばれたマンガはどんな感じだろうと軽い気持ちで手を出したら読む手が止まらなくなってしまった。

最初は中二病陰キャの主人公がヒロインを遠目に見て右往左往する感じでずっと描かれるのかと思ったけど、結構早いうちから会話を交えて距離を縮めていったので良い意味で期待を裏切ってきた。

テンポの良さもあるけど、思春期ならではの異性に対する気持ちの描写や心境の変化がギャグを交えつつおもしろおかしく読み手の感情に揺さぶりをかけてくる。

「これめちゃめちゃわかる！」 って共感したときにはもうハマって最後まで読み切ってしまうだろう。

あと最初気付いた時は目を疑ったけど、時折出てくる

「一回使って捨てよう」

とか

「めちゃくちゃ捗った」

という何かの行動を示す表現に気付いた時は思わずにやけてしまった。

3巻まで読み終えた頃には主人公・市川だけでなくヒロイン・山田の気持ちの変化にもガッツリ感情移入してしまい、ラブコメならではの二人のもどかしくもなかなか縮まらない距離感にヤキモキしながらも応援している自分がいた。

登場人物たちが基本いい人な平和な世界なのも心穏やかに楽しめて良い。

あー早く続きが読みたい…！！
